Agreements, work programmes and tasks are recorded digitally and are accessible to all involved. This ensures that everyone knows what needs to be done, when it will be done and who is responsible.

This works as follows: our cleaning staff register their attendance via the app. Periodic tasks such as window cleaning, floor maintenance or other services are clearly scheduled. This makes it clear to everyone what needs to be done and when.

 

From quality control to digital logbook

Our site supervisors also work with Appreo on a daily basis. Quality inspections are carried out digitally and recorded, including notes and photos. This allows us to easily check whether agreements are being met and to make immediate adjustments where necessary. All relevant information is brought together in one central system, which functions as a logbook of the services provided.

If an additional point of attention arises during the day, such as a dirty entrance area or a spilled cup of coffee, it can be recorded directly as a task. Our employees see the notification and can follow it up. Likewise, cleaners can register their own observations, for example when they notice a defect or an unsafe situation. This keeps us alert and ensures that issues are dealt with quickly.
