Digitising the cleaning process

Digitalising cleaning brings a lot of advantages. FacilityApps helps us plan, monitor, and carry out our work more effectively.

Here’s how it works: our cleaners register their presence via the app. Periodic tasks like window cleaning, floor maintenance, or other services are clearly scheduled. This makes it easy for everyone to see what needs to be done and when.

From quality control to digital logbook

Team leads can also use the app – for instance, to carry out quality inspections. This makes it easier to check that agreed tasks have been completed. Everything is logged in FacilityApps – including notes and photos.

Chewing gum on the entrance floor? Coffee spill in an office? Our staff receive instant notifications for extra tasks, so they’re always informed. Cleaners can also submit reports via the app, for example if they notice a broken item. Everyone is immediately updated and issues are resolved faster.
