What does NOT change in 2026
An honest innovation discussion also names what stays the same. The most important success factor in the cleaning sector is and remains: motivated, skilled people who actually carry out the work. Robots and sensors take over repetitive tasks, but the detail work, the human attention for the customer and the flexibility in unexpected situations remain human work. A cleaning company that mainly bets on technology and cuts back on staff ultimately delivers lower quality than a company that uses technology to strengthen its people.
